Nabeel builds businesses. He has extensive experience in business advisory, organization development, change and talent management, enterprise and learning and development across 10+ sectors.

With extensive experience across 10+ countries in Africa, Nabeel has led various change management initiatives with prominent organizations in the private, public and development sector cutting across Board and Management level.

Additionally, he has been instrumental in facilitating systematic change via human capital and learning and development initiatives across workplaces resulting in increased employee engagement and proactive talent management. His forte revolves around strategic change and organization development.

He has advised over 100+ clients and impacted 2,000+ executives in areas of High Performance Leadership, Team Dynamics, Business Strategy and Personal Effectiveness. Some of his notable clients include the Central Bank of Kenya, County Pension Fund, Kenya Revenue Authority, Diamond Trust Bank, MasterCard Foundation, Oxfam and Save The Children.

Nabeel is also an Executive Advisor to various small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) across Africa, and a business coach with the Mara Foundation, Sinapis, Unreasonable Institute and VC4 Africa.

In 2009, he was recognized in Malaysia for Industry Excellence and Business Planning and Development. Later on, he was inducted as a Full Member with the Kenya Institute of Management. In 2012, Nabeel was recognized as ‘New Generation Leader for Africa’ by the African Leadership Network. In the following year, he was acknowledged by a non-governmental foundation amongst the ‘Leading Under-30 Entrepreneurs’ in Tanzania.

He actively publishes on turnaround strategies, human capital and youth and enterprise development.
